2. Eligibility

To register and use the 777 jl Casino platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 777 jl Casino platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. 777 jl Casino shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitating account closure.

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

11. Privacy

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 777 jl Casino from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
